In this article a white female teacher is being charge with racist acts against a black student who also happen to be the only one in class. The teacher put pencil shavings in the students mouth because he was sleeping in the back of the class. The teacher was suspended for a while and then came back.
To me I think that family of the child took it to far. How can someone be racist for putting pencil shavings in someone's mouth. It is extreme but not racist.
