This article is about the high number of African American and Hispanic drivers being pulled over and searched in Missouri at a higher rate than white drivers. From a report of 1.6 million stops, it shows that black motorists are more likely to be arrested than white drivers. African American and Hispanic drivers are also more likely to be arrested when stopped than white drivers by 8.4 percent. 

I believe that the Missouri police department have arrested more African Americans and Hispanics than white people because for conditioning from the media. As black and hispanic people are shown as people who drive fast and have contraband in their car. For example on the show "Cops" the most of the people getting pulled over are high black and hispanic drivers instead of white drivers.
