This Article is about a white-supremacist male named Paul Craig Cobb. First started in a small town in Canada, bought many pieces of land in which he would let other white supremacist reside and build a colony in which they would make their own rules and any one who was not like them would go to jail. He was accused of promoting hatred and fled from Canada in to the U.S. Now in North Dakota Paul is trying to do the same and used many social websites and other sources to promote his plan and get more people to support his plans. He is taking all the publicity and mocking them.
The first thought that came into mind was, "this is not real." Unfortunately it is. As America we think we have everything under control and we don't like that racism is still an on going problem. We as a society have to accept the problem, not be ashamed of it and deal with them. We as a people have to face the facts and work harder towards fixing hte problem. Will racism ever cease to exist?
ReplyDeleteno i do not think racism will ever cease to exist. i believe it is to embedded in our nature as humans. it makes us feel better to exclude others. but with that being said i think it is important for us to try. fighting ignorance like these white supremacists is the only thing that will keep society together, which brings me to my point. racist sects and divisions like this one, if allowed, will dissolve society.
ReplyDeleteReading this just reminds me of how stupid and immature a person can be. I have never seen something like this in my entire life. Many things now advertise loving everyone, even if people are different. It is just a big surprise to still see such strong hatred against other people.
ReplyDeleteIn my opinion rasicm will never come to an end. It disgusting to see how immature and unrational people can be. In this world there is just so much hate and I know that hate will never come to an end.
ReplyDeleteI think that racism will always be a problem in our society because you will always have people that think that there is a certain race of people that is better than the rest. They might know that colored people equal to them, but they are afraid to admit it and use racism to try to keep colored people oppressed.
