NHL Showing respect to Homosexuals
This article is on the National Hockey League (NHL)how they decided to come to an agreement with the You Can Play project which promotes respect for athletes regardless of their sexual orientation. They're trying to show people to judge people on their abilities whether if they are athletic, academic and etc not sexualorientation. This is a huge step towards stopping homophobia all over the world. I believe that people should'nt be judged by their sexual orientation, disability, race and etc. If all well focused sports were to do this and try to put an end towards problems such as these then people would reconsider there thoughts towards this and have a different perspective on these situatuions.

This is awesome because this is showing all hockey fans which are a lot of people to accept all people regardless of their sex. This is challenging homophobia in a big way and I agree with Joe with that fact that if all sports were to this then homophobia would basically almost go away because most people all over the world are sports fans. I see a lot of positivity in challenging homophobia and this is a great way to prove it.
